Yakima Music Club honors high school seniors

Twelve seniors are being honored by the Yakima Music Club.
The club, established in 1898, recognizes Yakima Valley high school seniors each year by holding a senior showcase.
This year’s showcase concert takes place Thursday, Feb. 5 at 1:30 p.m. at The Seasons Performance Hall, 101 N. Naches Ave.
Students being honored are:
• Taylor Breitenfeldt, a tuba player from Davis High School.
• Ashley Chambers, a vocalist from West Valley High School.
• Joanna Cook, a vocalist from West Valley.
• Caleb Groves, a pianist from Naches Valley High School.
• Susanna Kima, a flautist from West Valley.
• Kyle Martin, a saxophone player from East Valley High School.
• Ethan Maier, a pianist from Davis.
• Chloe McDonald, a pianist from West Valley.
• Jeremy Simmons, a clarinet player from West Valley.
• Aaron Stone, a french horn player from Highland High School.
• Sarah Story, a violinist from Toppenish High School.
• Alfredo Villaseñor, a cellist from Davis.
