Unleashed photographer goes to New Mexico

Unleashed photographer Kateri Town attended Project Phoenix in Albuquerque, New Mexico this summer. She was one of 15 students from around the country to participate in the student journalism workshop, sponsored by the Native American Journalists Association and held July 25 to 31. During the workshop, students practice journalism and produce the “Rising Voices” newspaper. Kateri, a senior at La Salle High School, is in her fourth year on the Unleashed team.
